Deloria Nelson Streete is the President of Authentic Culture and Engagement Solutions, Inc. (ACE).  ACE is a dynamic consulting firm that strengthen their culture through authentic engagement and inclusion. 

Dee was recently the Managing Director of Diversity & Inclusion for Charles Schwab & Company where she led the national Inclusion efforts for the firm.

Deloria is a published author and amazing speaker who has worked professionally in Human Resources for more than 25 years with various Fortune 500 companies including Walt Disney World.

Deloria’s personal brand is positive energy, courage, authenticity and an uplifting spirit Her workshops & keynotes are engaging, educational and transformational. Dee has her BA degree in Mass Communications and a MPA in Human Resources from Clark Atlanta University.

Her commitment to Diversity & Inclusion stems from her personal mission statement which encapsulates helping people find and leverage their unique gifts. In her spare time, you will find her writing poetry, spoiling her twin granddaughters or on the farm with her husband, children and adorable goats.

Candice Simmons

Founder and Creator Stiletto Ninjas

A 20-year banking veteran, Candice has experience across multiple lines of businesses in the industry. In her former roles, Candice has served as a Branch Manager, Corporate Facilitator, Regional Marketing Officer and most recently Vice President of Community Relations in Central Florida for Wells Fargo.

Candice currently manages and supports key stakeholders relationships with community development nonprofits and local government. She also supports risk management and CRA regulations for the company in the market. Candice serves as a member of various boards and advisory committees, including Orlando Realtor Foundation, Black Business Investment Fund (BBIF), and African American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida.

She has been recognized at Wells Fargo for her strong leadership and coaching skills, and recently received the Florida Consumer Community Partner award, which recognizes her commitment to influencing community equity for minorities.  She is a graduate of the Leadership Orlando class 97 through the Orlando Economic Partnership.

In her tenure she has served as a facilitator, coach, mentor and sponsor to countless women looking to succeed in both their professional and personal lives. With a strong commitment to make a greater impact, Candice created and founded Stiletto Ninjas a community for women that provides timely resources, education and devotionals to help women push past their limited boundaries, overcome their personal and professional challenges and learn how to set and achieve their dreams.

Candice is a honest, compassionate and encouraging leader and keynote speaker who will challenge you, hold your accountable, and inspire you to experience the growth and transformation you are desiring in your personal and professional life.

Candice is a Florida native, born and raised in Pensacola, FL. When she is not serving her community, she is enjoying her number one priority, her family.
