The Vision of the Black Women Leadership & Empowerment Consortium (BWLEC) is to create a dynamic cohort of Black and African American women who are ready to lead and thrive in organizations, with the resilience and savvy necessary to navigate Corporate America as their authentic selves.
MISSION
Our Mission is to support, undergird and accelerate the growth and leadership opportunities for Black and African American women in Corporate America. BWLEC is a comprehensive program designed by professional Black and African American Women for Black and African American Women. We offer an empowering experience which fosters genuine dialogue and activities that are designed to identify and explore the many barriers facing Black and African American women while creating solutions to elevate their personal and professional development.

Our Programs
BWLEC is a comprehensive program designed by professional Black and African American women for Black and African American Women.
We offer an empowering experience which fosters genuine dialogue and activities that are designed to identify and explore the many barriers facing Black and African American women while creating solutions to elevate their personal and professional development.
8 sessions over a 4-month commitment
Participants include Black Women leaders in Corporate, Government and Non-Profit sectors in Central Florida
Research based curriculum focused on leadership development and opportunities unique to Black and African American women in the workplace
Access to connect with other influential Black and African American women
No application just complete full enrollment and registration process
$6000 company tuition investment which includes:
All program cost for two participants
Inclusive leadership training to cultivate a supportive environment for the participants and their managers resulting in positive outcomes for the organization
